Avira

Avira is a broadly formulated antiviral product that enhances crop resistance against viruses. It prevents the spread of viruses and effectively inhibits viral variants. The product promotes the growth of healthy, virus-free seedlings.

Dosage

3-5 ml/litre of water - Foliar application
1st application – Avira + Insecticides
2nd application–(after 4 days of 1st application) Avira+Leadstar+Siltron

Viruses cannot be killed directly. Avira works by encapsulating viral variants (the infectious particles within the virus) and preventing their spread. Its effects can be observed in virus-free chili seedlings.

  • Precautionary use: Avira @ 3–5 ml per liter of water, mixed with sap-sucking insect control products (for vector transmission), applied via foliar spray every 10–15 days.
  • Preventive use at disease onset: First spray: Avira @ 3–5 ml per liter + Leadstar 1 g + Siltran 1 g per liter + sap-sucking insect control products. Second spray (after 4 days): Avira @ 3–5 ml per liter + Leadstar 1 g + Siltran 1 g per liter (with nutrients). Repeat every 10–15 days: Avira @ 3–5 ml + Leadstar per liter of water.

Avira is formulated in two versions:
  • Avira (Chili Special) – specifically for chili crops
  • Avira – suitable for all crops

Yes. Avira can be sprayed along with fungicides and insecticides, which also helps control vectors that spread viruses.

Yes. Avira, combined with sap-sucking insect control products, can be applied every 15 days from the early growth stage to prevent virus transmission.
